SHIPPING POLICY
At RenniCollective, we carefully package every order to ensure your canvases, pillows, and accessories arrive safely and ready for your next project. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at aloha@rennicollective.com. We are always happy to help.
SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via USPS, with available shipping options displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on current carrier rates and your delivery location.
ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-order and made-to-order items have production timelines that vary by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for current estimated completion and shipping dates.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some RenniCollective products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be noted in the product description at the time of purchase.
If your order contains pre-order items, in-stock items will ship as they become available. Pre-order items will ship separately upon arrival and completion. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when it is dispatched.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including artist schedule, manufacturing delays, and shipping disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates should timelines change significantly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
RenniCollective ships both domestically and internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
International shipments may also experience additional delays due to customs processing, which are outside of RenniCollective’s control.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. RenniCollective is unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. RenniCollective is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If your package has not arrived within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at aloha@rennicollective.com and we will do our best to assist you.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, RenniCollective reserves the right to cancel the affected item and issue a refund for the unavailable product.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. RenniCollective reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & HANDMADE VARIATIONS
We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor, screen, and device settings.
Hand-painted needlepoint canvases are individually painted and may contain slight variations in color, brushwork, and detailing. These variations are a natural part of the hand-painted process and contribute to the unique character of each canvas.
Canvas mesh counts and design dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly from listed measurements.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of each design, but slight differences may occur between the photographed sample and the item received.
PILLOWS & SOFT GOODS
Our self-finishing pillows and soft goods are thoughtfully crafted using carefully selected textiles and materials.
Slight variations in fabric texture, pattern placement, trim, zipper placement, and color are a natural part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of sewn goods and manufacturing.
Pillow inserts may compress during transit and may require fluffing upon arrival to restore shape and fullness.
Please follow any care instructions included with your purchase. Spot cleaning is recommended unless otherwise noted. Please do not iron your pillowcase.
Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, pillow inserts are included with purchase.
For sanitary and quality assurance reasons, pillows and soft goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within seven days of delivery at aloha@rennicollective.com so we can work toward a resolution.

While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, and supply chain disruptions.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is only collected in the state of Hawai'i. Tax rates and collection requirements are subject to change without notice based on current regulations.
